e2bit Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the e2bit platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), together with any additional rules, guidelines, and policies published on the e2bit website from time to time. These T&C constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and e2bit (the "Platform").

If you do not accept these T&C in full, you must immediately cease using the e2bit platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the e2bit platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. e2bit strictly prohibits use of the platform by any person under 21. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to age verification checks if requested.
• You must be accessing e2bit from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons acting under legal disability, guardianship, or any restriction that limits their capacity to contract are not permitted to use e2bit.
• Each individual may register only one account on e2bit. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of e2bit, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times. The following conditions apply to all e2bit accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. e2bit will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• You must notify e2bit immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. e2bit reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
• e2bit reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete, or that the account holder is in breach of these T&C.
• Upon closure of your account, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account, provided there is no outstanding investigation related to bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of T&C. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach are subject to forfeiture.

e2bit processes all account activity in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All displayed balances, wager amounts, and promotional values are denominated in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise. e2bit does not operate multi-currency wallets.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

e2bit supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the e2bit platform:

• Deposits are processed in real time subject to your chosen payment method's own schedule. e2bit does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which you are solely responsible.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. e2bit targets processing within standard business hours. During exceptionally high-volume periods such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup, short delays may occur, though e2bit works to minimise these.
• e2bit reserves the right to request verification of a Player's identity, address, and source of funds before processing any withdrawal. This KYC process is a standard mandatory anti-money-laundering measure. Delays in completing KYC are the Player's responsibility.
• Any deposit used to claim a bonus is subject to the applicable wagering requirement before funds — including any winnings — may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement is active will not be processed until the requirement is fulfilled, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus and associated winnings.

e2bit does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and may trigger a review of the Player's account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

e2bit offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement. Bonuses credited to an account may not be transferred to another e2bit account under any circumstances.
• e2bit reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by e2bit at any time without prior notice. e2bit is not obligated to offer any specific promotional terms indefinitely. Expiry dates for bonuses are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on e2bit are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and data providers, in addition to these T&C. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these T&C, these T&C shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider's licensing terms. The following general rules apply to all gameplay and betting on e2bit:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. e2bit does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the Platform identifies a clear technical error that materially affected the bet's placement or odds. In such cases, the Platform's decision is final.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all games and betting markets on e2bit. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. e2bit reserves the right to void any wager that exceeds the stated maximum limits, whether as a result of a technical error or otherwise.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network outage, or data feed interruption affecting the outcome or display of a game or betting market, e2bit reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. This is not a basis for any additional claim against e2bit.
• Cricket betting markets on e2bit, including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and T20 World Cup, are subject to the applicable rules of each tournament and the official data provider used by e2bit for result settlement. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced, e2bit will apply the settlement rules published for that specific tournament format.

7. Responsible Gaming

e2bit is committed to promoting safe and responsible play. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from within the logged-in account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent account closure via account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets, and promotional communications will be suspended.
• Reality check and session limits: Players may set session time reminders to prompt a review of their play duration. e2bit encourages all Players to gamble responsibly and within personal financial limits. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e2bit. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including providing false registration information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or submitting falsified identity documents.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the e2bit platform in a manner not sanctioned by e2bit, including automated betting systems designed to exploit RNG patterns or game mechanics.
• Attempting to launder money or use the e2bit platform in connection with any transaction that involves proceeds of criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e2bit staff or other Players through any communication channel, including customer support chat, email, or social media platforms associated with e2bit.

e2bit's determination that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct is final and binding. Players who believe a determination has been made in error may submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. e2bit will review the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bit platform — including software, game interfaces, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, text, images, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of e2bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use e2bit for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content on the e2bit platform without the prior written consent of e2bit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bit, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the e2bit platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if e2bit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

e2bit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. e2bit makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or statistical data sourced from third-party providers. Your use of the e2bit platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

e2bit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. By registering on e2bit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. e2bit uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell or share Player personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law or as necessary to process transactions via your chosen payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

e2bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a change is material, e2bit will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered contact details. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation — may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of e2bit following publication of amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
